Conditioner: Apply after rinsing the Daily Moisture Shampoo, squeeze 1/2 oz into palm and apply to your scalp and work evenly with fingertips to your hair. Put a plastic cap on and leave it for 15 minutes under the dryer. If no heat is available to leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water then apply to leave Conditioner and style as usual.

then need to file a claim with the US Postal Service. Once you place an order you will automatically receive a tracking number to track your package.

If a package is returned back to our facility as a result of a customer's negligence, for example by putting the wrong address, or not picking up the package at the postal service or office (applicable in certain area only) customer will be responsible to pay another shipping fee to get this product shipped out again to them. Otherwise they will receive a full refund minus the original shipping fees.
